Could comments on posts become a thing of the past, like Marmite, sensible driving, leaving pregnant waitresses alone or thinking responsibly?
Imagine if you've just written a post about moving furniture around in your house and no one comments. Okay, that's a bad example.
We, at Richard's Bass Bag*, are famous for the number of comments we get and we'd like to keep it that way. Okay, we know that it's harder for The Curmudgeon because he only has two readers.
Robert (the quite a few different things) is obviously struggling to get comments too.
Maybe we (the successful ones) can help out by donating comments to these boring struggling blogs?
It looks like a case of RBB leading the way again.
No need for thanks losers other bloggers.
Ciao tutti.

I'm in hospital at least overnight so no posts from me today or tomorrow.
RispondiEliminaI'll keep an eye out for all of those comments you're expecting though.
Yeah right.
Merda! Are you okay? How can I help?
RispondiEliminaCOMMENT POST.
RispondiEliminaAt Richard's Bass Bag* we're thinking of The Curmudgeon today. We're hoping that his medical procedure has gone well a and that he is safely home tonight. Too many negative things have happened this year so having The Curmudgeon back to full strength would be a special blessing.
In bocca al lupo TC.

I put that extra 'a' in for good measure.
RispondiEliminaBlame it on the Covid. I always thought I was a positive guy, so this morning's result was an affirmation.
That was a very weird thing to say Robert.
RispondiEliminaI don't understand why you said it.
I would have thought that commenting was a basic human right. Comments can be just another opinion or, at best, are a call out to someone talking shit.
RispondiEliminaI'm not that ill that I can't comment on Robert's very weird comment.
RispondiEliminaSubjugating truth by allowing comments is an oxymoron.
Commenting doesn't equate with pride. I agree with Richard that it's a basic human right.
I wonder what influencer gave you that idea?
TC is back!
RispondiEliminaNo, still in the hospital but I couldn't let that comment of Robert's go.
RispondiEliminaGood on you TC. Hope you'll be home tomorrow. Take care.
RispondiEliminaThanks.
RispondiEliminaWhat's wrong with you Richard?
RispondiEliminaOther than the usual that is.
Covid.
RispondiEliminaI'm also overly fussy about grammar.
RispondiEliminaCivic?
RispondiEliminaReally?
I do hope that you're kidding.
Civic = Covid in iPad speak.
RispondiEliminaHonda Civic.
RispondiEliminaRight. It sounds like you are OK.
RispondiEliminaPathetic on the puns and annoying but
OK.
20, no, 21 comments!
RispondiEliminaIf you want lots of comments, you can't go past Richard's Bass Bag!*

I was so excited I added an extra asterisk.
RispondiEliminaRobert warned you about pride re comments.
RispondiEliminaNo need to be concerned about subjugating truth as it's your blog after all and we're used to it.
RispondiEliminaThanks.
RispondiElimina27 comments. I reckon I can subjugate my way to 30. Let's try.
RispondiElimina30! Only at the bass bag!
RispondiEliminaI think that there's an echo in your blog.
RispondiEliminaI'm back and may get the Curmudgeon Inc. guys back on the job with posting today.
RispondiEliminaHold onto your hat!
Great news. I'll look for a hat.
RispondiEliminaRobert has one but he's probably talking through it again.
RispondiEliminaSorry Robert, that was rude. I must be getting better.
