Lazy me!

I slept in until 4.30am this morning, I went through my morning rituals and then I was in Lower Hutt by 5.50am.

My job, for the second day running, was to get Harrison up, feed him, entertain him, and then get him to childcare - he goes there Monday to Wednesday. Tomorrow I'll probably be looking after him at his place.

His brother, Henry Victor Prowse, has arrived and is evidently doing fine. I tried to tell Harrison about him, but I don't think he understood. He'll find out soon enough.

Ah, in the long run it'll be fun for him having a brother.

I think I'm catching up with Lynn on Sunday. It'll be a good chance to tell her what Peter has been up to. I might decide to add a bit of spice to my update (a few little white lies). That'll keep Peter on his toes!

Here are some things I could say:

  • Peter is living on takeaways.
  • Peter has ordered in Cleanskin wine.
  • Peter has made a mess in the office.
  • Peter has drunk their entire stock of California Chardonnay.
It's okay Peter, I'm just joking!

Have fun, and pinch things from Robert's property if you want, but stay out of camera shot.

Ciao tutti.

  1. I hope that you're not filling that little boy's head up with your Italian nonsense.

    1. Oh well, he and Henry can continue the Prowse Brother's tradition then.
It might take 18 or more yeras until they are ready to perform but 'loyal' followers of the PBs will wait (if they live long enough) given the frequency of the PBs gigs.

  4. Yes, I know that 'yeras' was printed but I typed 'years' - honestly.
The keyboard on the big Mac always interprets 'years' as 'yeras' if I type to fast.

  5. Only one of those four things that you threaten to tell Lynn is true.

  6. Which Prowse brother had the tradition? Or did you mean Prowse brothers'? Apostrophe after the s.

    1. I think I can envision an appropriate inscription on your tombstone.

  7. Bossy was he, over use of the apostrophe
And commas in a proscribed manner
But now that he's, come to a full stop, you see
He can no longer correct your grammar.

  8. There is nothing I can do to help Rob now that he's under your influence. That's not funny.

  9. That's not funny he said, In a snide remark
    Followed by something Italian
But I don't care, his bite's no worse than his bark
    And I know he's a bit dolallian.
