No coffee this morning. I think I might have learnt my lesson. I'll have to be satisfied with the water I get when I take my pills.
I'm very itchy this morning. It's one of the conditions I have to suffer. Shelley sometimes calls me Itchy Richie. I'll put on some cream after I've finished this post. Itching, to my level, is no fun. I guess it's a bit like being in Purgatory. Boy! The nonsense that a Catholic upbringing can put into your head!
Yesterday was another good practice day, for both violin and double bass. I'm now two days down on my five month journey to 'Playing with myself'. Practice is built around my chosen 15 tunes, with all the important practice things being applied - long notes, tuning and tone, etc., etc., etc.
Okay, time to get this day underway.
Stay away from silly old churches.
Ciao tutti.

Good news about giving up the coffee.
It took you a while though - maybe you should try tea.
Say hello to Scratchy for me.
So, no updates on the practice then.
You realise that your comments average will suffer don’t you.
I didn’t go to church, I went to tennis instead.
It’s a bit similar with lots of ‘love’ in the games (scores) and faults, grunting, serving, Hail Mary’s, rackets (racquets), old balls, new balls and of course - ball boys.
That was a very interesting comment.
NOT.
Peter sat on his special chair by his computer. He thought of writing a post but he was thirsty. "I need a cuppa." he thought. He used the in house phone system to ring TOG. She told him to get off his bum and make it himself. Peter made an instant coffee instead. He thought of his younger friend in the Nui. He also thought about where the nearest toilet was.
I don’t drink much coffee - probably one every two days and not that instant muck you drink. Tea is a better and more refreshing beverage.
How’s Scratchy?
Two important theological errors.
OK, I give up.
Transubstantiation and Ressurection?
God the Father wasn't really the father of Jesus and Lucifer was really a nice guy?
