It's cold and dark in the Nui.
I did half an hour on each of my instruments yesterday. That gets all their practice up to date (sort of). I'll concentrate on violin today because my plan is to take it to a jazz jam tomorrow. Yesterday I sorted out five tunes (all my originals) for the guitar. I was thinking that, maybe in the future, I'll record some trio stuff with me playing my three instruments. Obviously I'll call such a session 'Playing with Myself'.
I really have nothing else to tell you today.

I'm sitting on the couch near the heat pump this morning and writing this on my phone. I'm mentally preparing for this afternoon's jam. It will evidently have a Sony Rollins theme, so I'm probably going to check out Oleo and Doxy. I know these two tunes but I haven't played them for a very long time, and not on violin. I'll put some batteries in my little amp before I head off. I'll leave the guitar this morning and concentrate on the violin. I won't have time to attend mass this morning, so I suppose that's another mortal sin. Never mind. As I said, I don't want to be stuck with Mr Linford for eternity.

Sorry there is little by me. We went island hopping and near the end I foolishly had a dip in the water with my cell phone in my pocket. It's at a shop now to see if they can repair it. I am using an old phone of Loraines. But I dont have my Google password. Looks like have to make lots of comments here.
I have a bad 'cold' with a hacking cough and the runs.
I went to Mass by myself this morning and the others have gone now to 5pm.
We visited Ls parents graves today. All the graves are above ground in large tile lined concrete tombs. These are also inside another house like structure with iron gates. Quite impressive.
We are all travelling by a hired bus tomorrow to a resort in Boracay for three days.
