I'm not squabbling over 'this'. It's quite clear that the Roe v. Wade decision by the Supreme Court a half century ago ruled that a woman's right to choose was endorsed by the 14th Amendment to the Constitution under 'the right of privacy'. Robert, the Catholic Church, American right wing religious nutters and the G.O.P. have always thought differently and have pretended that the 14th never existed. Move on. Nothing to see here.
