I've just watched the highlights of the Black Ferns playing Japan. Wow! What a team! Seven tries to Portia Woodman!
I thought I was doing pretty well, time wise, until I discovered that daylight saving kicked in (or out) this morning and it was now an hour later than I thought. That's my long blog time gone.
Oh, and here's a little cartoon about Hell that I came across the other day.
Well, it's time to use the bathroom (and I won't be having a bath), so I'll have to leave it there. The double bass won't practise itself!

I was responding to the 'Time To Screen' free bowel screening test from Ministry of Health.
It's a really good initiative and needs support. I don't think I have a problem but went through the process anyway.
It's a really interesting exercise with many pieces of paper (not toilet paper) explaining the procedure with little diagrams and images and even a big sheet of a kind of blotting paper for people to put across the bottom of the bowl to capture a bit of shit. Thee's a little plastic 'test tube' that has to be sealed, a capturing stick, a sealed plastic bag and ID stickers to apply - all carefully explained in quite a few different languages and a heavy sealable return envelope.
Frankly I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end at Ministry of Health as I'm sure that a big percentage of the population, of any age and ethnicity, will still just shit in the envelope.
Ha, ha. I've done the test. It's not hard.
