What Peter looks like, at 72, when you use AI. |
He has been getting pissed and drawing faces on the 'kitchen tidy' while Lynn is away.
He should not be left alone! Sorry, but Lynn is responsible for this!

A self portrait? |
And Roberto?
It appears that he has finally come over to my way of thinking about abortion and women's rights.

This is the header to his blog. |
Here's an AI image of Roberto.
Okay, I'm going to turn the AI off now.
AI, off.
In the spirit of Peter and Rob I won't proofread this post.
Shower tutti.

Wow! I'm impressed to see you using AI! I liked the pictures of the two other bloggers. Looks like Rob might be pro-abortion now. Peter needs to watch his drinking. Next thing he'll be sneaking out to strip clubs. You'll have to keep an eye on him when he moves down your way. Don't forget the chilled red wine incident you told me about. Let's just hope that he doesn't start doing Chardon jokes in places like Wadestown or Ngaio. It'd probably be best if he settled down in somewhere like Moera.

Yeah, it's going to be interesting to see where he finishes up living. With his reputation he might find it hard to get into a tennis club in Wainuiomata. The locals know about him picking on that other player.
Your great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandmother's name was Thomazine Goddard. Born 1552. Died 1636. Well you mentioned Godfrey, that's all...bye then. Cheerio.
What's the housing situation in Wainuiomata?
Given the logistics of moving house in a compressed time frame, the hassles of renting and not wanting to rush into buying the apartment we want I thought that buying a 'do-up' house to live in while we look around is a good idea. It would mean that we could easily ship all of our stuff without having to pay for storage and, if we were able to improve whatever we buy we could get back all purchase costs and effectively have been 'rent free'.
Hey! We could be your neighbours.
You'd need a Wainuiomata passport.

A dole card?
I have a Gold card. Will that do?
And with all the public service layoffs in Welly you might snap up a bargain, then flog it off 6 months later when the market improves.
We can’t afford the risk of being stuck with a property in a declining market so won’t buy a do- upper, we’ll rent instead while looking. Besides, I feel uncomfortable about taking advantage of a situation where some people are being forced out of their homes because of the government’s lay-offs.
I don't think that houses in Wainuiomata are as cheap as they once were.
