I did an hour's practice on my double bass yesterday and half an hour on each of my other instruments. I'll concentrate on violin today. At least, that's the plan.
Well, that's all my news for this winter Monday.

Has anyone out there got a walking frame that they don't need? I have a friend named Peter who is well over 74 years old. I just can't imagine how it feels to be that old.

I felt like I was 94 a couple of days ago but am a bit more spry now. I'm taking the train to Waikanae to see my sister which means I'll get a good walk from and back to the railway station out there if my knee holds up.

I’m trying to figure out the best way of watching (live) ABs vs SA and Nz Women vs Australia rugby Saturday and Sunday. Any ideas? Maybe it’s cheaper to buy a week Sky Pass.
