Okay, let's get on with it.

I plan to replace my computer today. It is time for an update.

I posted this video yesterday.

Peter didn't like my haircut. I'm not crazy about it either, but the hair will grow back.

EVENTUALLY.

I lay awake thinking of my four octave violin scales last night. Major, dorian, natural minor, and dominant 7th. I don't think you'd quite fit a four octave scale on the violin, though you could probably do it for G scales - just. But that's not really the point of them. the point is that you are covering all possible fingerings. It really pays off when you have practised them and you come to play improvised solos.

As I said, I'm replacing our computer today. We've had it for a very long time. You do need to replace them once in a while. Our time has come.

I see we're down to two bloggers in our little community now as one has totally left. Well, it's great that the best two are still here! Anyway, we still have The Wine Guy, The Curmudgeon's Agony Aunt, Bin Hire, The The The Guy, Phillip Edward Nis and Angry Jesus, and there are more! Life goes on.

Well, it's guitar practice time, so I'd better go.

Ciao tutti.

What kind of computer are you going to get?
Do you want a hand in shopping for it?

Richard (of RBB) ha detto...

No, it's all good. I'm in the shop now. They're good guys. Thanks though.

CONSIDER THIS A POST.
We are waiting on our new computer that probably is not going to arrive until tomorrow, so I thought I'd do a phone post.
Imagine a picture of a phone.
Now imagine a picture of Peter McDonald Trump dressed as Adolf Hitler.
Since Robert closed down his blog and buggered off Trumpy has been criticizing my latest haircut and saying it makes me look right wing. Well, at least I don't have a hole in it.
I think that Robert has gone for good this time. Maybe he has gone on a grammar course? Yes, that makes sense.
I wonder if Peter will vote for NZ First at the next election? I see that, on his billboards, Winston is calling it, "New Zealanders First." Crickey.

THE CURMUDGEON ha detto...

"Crickey"!

I think you should joining that silly old cunt Winston. You seem to have a lot in common.

THE CURMUDGEON ha detto...

At least he's getting comments.

THE CURMUDGEON ha detto...

And comments that don't profess to love him.

What computer did you buy? A Tesla?

Just getting the bloody thing working. It's called an ELITEBOOK. Very early days, Please be patient.

THE CURMUDGEON ha detto...

Didn't they have any 3GBOOKS?

THE CURMUDGEON ha detto...

I'd have got an Apple Air but we've been buying and trusting Apple products for years now.
I gather that you are an HP fan.

Richard (of RBB) ha detto...

No!!!

I see that you’ve got your new computer working.

Sort of.

Richard (of RBB) ha detto...

No. I can't post yet. Just using my phone.

Richard (of RBB) ha detto...

What?

COMMENT POST.
Gosh, these comment posts, on one's phone, are hard to write. Because the keyboard is so small, it is easy to bump the wrong letters and things. I still can't write posts on my new computer, which is a pain. Robert has well and truly fucked off, it appears that all that nonsense about him loving me wasn't true, and poor old (very old) Peter is out there on his own. I'm having a glass of wine, which I shouldn't be doing, as I write this. WTF! I have only done an hour's practice today because I've wasted too much time trying to get that bloody computer sorted. Peter will post some time over the next few months, so the blogging community will keep plodding along. I'll hopefully get my computer functioning some time soon. Fingers crossed. Ciao tutti.

THE CURMUDGEON ha detto...

Have you plugged it in?

Do you want me to help?

Richard (of RBB) ha detto...

Oh, you have to plug it in?

Thanks, I might need some help, but funeral day today. I'll get in touch soon.

THE CURMUDGEON ha detto...

That's right - sorry to hear about your friend. Take care.
