Great. That'll distract him. It's like when you're chased by a bear - make sure that you are near a fat and slow person so that the bear eats him while you get away.
I just remembered - Richard and Shelley are holidaying in Martinborough this weekend. I guess that this will seriously skew the varietal consumption statistics that, until now have shown that pinot noir consumption in the town supersedes the consumption of chardonnay by a factor of 10:1. I guess that little old statistic is going to be reversed this weekend .. along with the ratio of labelled wine bottles vs unlabelled wine bottles.
Richard, we've been experimenting with wine this evening, mixing things like chardonnay with soda water and zinfandel with rose but, in homage to you in Martinborough, I opened a top Martinborough pinot noir - Escarpment 2018 - and added lemonade (Schweppes) to it. Bloody nice! Thank you for your inspiration. I hope that you're having a nice evening and haven't burned down any historic hotels (yet).
"Richard will be too busy driving, and helping anyone in need, to drink wine." See how two little commas change the whole meaning. Otherwise it sounds like he's helping people in need to drink wine.

I like the joke but bet that Robert doesn't.
No, he's happy with it.
Look out! He's back.
He loves me. Not you.

Have a good time my good friends.

Yeah right. Next you'll be telling me that Jesus's mother was a virgin and that he resurrected himself after death and ascended to heaven. Sheesh!
