Peter has returned home to the north. He left a rather long 'statement type' comment on my previous post that started with, "Look, I just want to give you fair warning. I'm back from my South Island adventures and this means that I'll set up the 'big' computer in the study - my study - again and do some serious posting and commenting." It is only 'his' study when Lynn is away. He then went on, "I've noticed the slippage in standards while I've been away. I don't mean to embarrass you but it does need to be pointed out." Then there was more, "Robert has been hiding (out of embarrassment?) and isn't contributing." There was even more, but I'll leave the rest.
This from the guy who likes to wear silly hats.
In one of his sentences he uses an unusual word, "I"'m." Maybe it comes from Latin, or something? He was in 3P, back in the day, and those guys were being trained up to become priests. I think that all they were taught, besides religion, were big words and Latin. They certainly weren't taught to proofread.
He goes on to say that he wants Robert to come 'back to the fold'. To quote his favourite word, Sheesh!
Hey, this is the guy who used the same picture five times on his last post!

Here are two of them. |
It seems that he couldn't be bothered taking four more photos. Then he feels confident to give us this statement, "I'll set up the 'big' computer in the study - my study - again and do some serious posting and commenting." Aren't we just SOOOOO excited!
I sneaked over to Robert's blog, only to see that Peter is sucking up to him big time!
Sheesh! Again. Robert likes to sulk or play hard to get. Maybe he just doesn't want to hang around with non-Catholics? When someone chooses 'not to love you', let them go. That is their decision, not yours. I'm very happy for Robert not to comment on my blog. He's a big boy who can make his own decisions.
Hey, I've got to go and take Shelley's car to VTNZ to check the warrant work we've had done.
Ciao tutti.

I'd comment but I'm off to the doctors, then to Noel Leeming to buy a new phone and then maybe to tennis.
But you did.
And you used bad grammar, I'm off to the doctor's.
"I'm off to see the doctor" is okay too.
"I'm off to the doctors" would be okay if you were seeing five doctors.
Yes, yes, yes, but did the car get a warrant of fitness?
Being nice to Robert didn't work.
I have to join you in the 'unloved' section.
Yes, the car got a warrant but very expensive- about $1750 all up. Hey, but we can move on now. Hope it went well with the doctor. I hope you didn't upset anyone at tennis. You can't always get it right with Robert. Don't worry. I remember flatting with him many years ago and he wouldn't talk to me for about a week.
Fuck me! $1750 to get a car warrantable. What the hell have you guys been doing to it?
The doctor visit went OK but he still insisted on sticking his finger up my bum. What's that about? The last and only time that happened was by his wife (also a GP in case you are wondering). Are they into 'tag team wrestling'? The result was OK (for me, not necessarily for him) with no prostate problem but he dismissed my suggestions and went ahead anyway in ordering up ultrasound inspections of my internal bits and a urologist appointment where I suspect that someone wants to stick some miniature camera up my willy! Do these guys get together afterwards and have a laugh?
Yes, after the doctor visit I did go to tennis but didn't upset anyone. It did rain though and playing was cut short so maybe I didn't get a chance.
I hope that Robert is OK. I do worry about him and if anyone is to take advantage of him it should be me. Or maybe you.
It's hard to know with Robert.
I just bought a new phone so will be able to post and comment from anywhere.
No need to thank me.
