Y do people want to keep birds in cages.

How can a bird fly around in a cage like this/

We are very lucky in that there is a lot of bish near our house and we her birdsong from early in the morning, These birds are not in cages an can fly around wherever they want. I guess thats why birds have wings: a bird cage looks like a jale.
