Is it okay to break into a dairy with a machete and cut a thumb and finger off an employee?

This happened very recently in Hamilton.

I really don't think so.

I'm struggling to think under what circumstances this would be okay.

  • Maybe if you were a little pissed off?
  • If your girlfriend had left you?
  • If your family was tied up with a gang?
  • If you were stuck in a shit job because you never saw any value in the education system?
  • If no one understood that you were special?
  • Did someone impinge on your freedom to simply take things?
We have a saying in Italian: The mother of imbeciles is always pregnant. (English version)

We live in a time when new scientific discoveries are being made at a fairly regular pace. It certainly looks like there are some people who are certainly getting smarter.

Then there are some of the rest.

We still have wars. We have a fair amount of violent crime, and some people are badly mistreating each other.
Mr. Putin is quite happy to kill thousands of people because he wants more things. More things? For what? Doesn't he have enough already?

Dairy owners, on the whole, are not wealthy people. They are often immigrants who are trying to eke out a living in a new land.

Make no mistake, people who assume the right to harm others are 'lowlifes'.
Putin and Trump belong to this group.

I'll be honest, I don't know how to stop this.
I can only say that, regardless of our own personal circumstances, we have to be kind to each
other.

Our Prime Minister told us this. Listen to her.

Sii gentile.

I'm with you on this.
You've identified the basic problem - lazy people want quick fixes and don't want to take responsibility for their position in life and for their actions. They feel that they are owed a living and betterment without putting in any personal effort and sharing. When did we get to this? I'm depressed.

You've summed it up beautifully.
